1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and rai88 ("Platform", "We", or "rai88"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and all services provided by rai88.

Each user is only permitted to own one account only. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Rai88 will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process requiring you to submit a copy of your identification document, such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent document. This process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and is a compliance requirement that cannot be waived.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transaction Limits

Rai88 accepts a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is MYR 10. No daily maximum deposit limit is set for regular members, though certain limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
